Which TH plane for my very small backyard?

Hi. Yes have ~30 flights so far. Flies nice but a little difficult for me. Incredibe fast and prefer the slower behaviour of my 39"yak but its all about my skills. The size is hovever very convenient and will bring it on my 1 week ski vacation next week which would never be possible with a...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Figured out that it was the servo which was faulty. Luckily I didn't glue the servos very hard and the swap was quite easy in the end. Tomorrow calm but below freezing but hope yo get an hour of flying.

Found a video on TH FB. Not a beaver but a mini with the Laser and the MXS-C common to the mini somehow. Will be interesting.

Which TH plane for my very small backyard?

Finally managed to fly my new 39' Crack Yak this week. Fantastic plane and flies just as I was hoping it would. Only problem is that I'm too often stuck at home with the kids to progress my skills and when thy are a sleep, it's already dark since long. So I was thinking about getting a smaller...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Not sure what TH recommend but no. I live on a different continent and purchased my Yak from a retailer here in Sweden. I use cheap HXT900, they worked really well in my previous model and I had a bunch at home. When I halfway into the build realised how integrated the tail servos are I had...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Finally flew the Yak. Flies fantastic, huge difference to my previous plane. As you said lands on the spot, nealy vertical. Has a small ~120W motor but still quick and fast verticals thanks to low weight. Only isse is a problem with the rudder servo or the Rx. Rudder drifts out of position...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Thanks. For the flaps (flaperons) I have one problem hoping to solve. Where I fly is the ground very rough so I always handstart and land somehow, seldom smooth.. I use little flaperon on my Sbach so slow down the landings. Since I live in Sweden among polar bears and peguins I need a Tx glove...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Great, thanks for the fast response. While I have you listening, what DR/expo do you fly with? Do you use flaps for takeoffs/landing/harriers etc, how much flaps do you use? Very eager to get it up in the air, only my second air plane after an Sbach EPP plane from hobbyking but at 900 mm...

NEW Twisted Hobbys 39" Crack Yak WOW

Hi Just finished my Yak build but have one question. The manual from RC Factory says CG at 265 mm from the front. I have a ~50g motor, 22g esc and 9g servos. My build has the CG at approximately 265 mm without battery. They means that I have to set the battery at CG. Looking at pictures do...
