    Joe Nall, Friday Pics

Hey Bart, It was nice talking to you, and thanks for the compliments on Justin's flying. Now let's see some video.:) Mark

    Can you believe this guy?

@Unbalanced - I am curious to know, since you where actually on the line when the incident happened with QQ. Was he actually in a flight station, and did he have a spotter? I've seen too many times, where somebody just walks up and throws a plane into the air, with this "oh well, it's just one...

    Can you believe this guy?

Depends. IF, they did indeed wait for ALL of the flight stations to be open, so they could fly together, then they did have the airspace. Nothing wrong with that. PAU did the same thing on the 3D line, and everyone respected that the four flight stations were occupied.

    Can you believe this guy?

I had heard about this incident with Quique from a friend who was there, and it was very similar to this guy's statement. I don't know, as I was not on the electric line then. On the Tripletree web site, it says that ALL pilots must have a spotter. I saw several guys on the electric line that...

    Joe Nall 2016 = QUIET!!!

[QUOTE="Bunky.F.Knuckle, I'd like to see the 3D line get back to 3D. I don't mind the occasional fast pass. But if that is all you want to go do, take it up to the main flight line. That's exactly what I keep saying.

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

It's not just a matter of crashing an airplane of purpose. It's a matter of RESPECT for the other pilots on the flightline, and the spectators watching, who have no idea what is going on. Oh, and Sleepy knows. Sleepy knows everything.:)

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

And don't come back. Just curious, why is everybody dancing around the issue that it was Joe that crashed the airplane on purpose? Heck, you know that Sleepy knows. Why doesn't he come out and say it. Sure didn't have any trouble divulging the big EF/3D hobby shop verge. Come on GSN, grow a...

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

Well, four of our five gassers are already on cans, and pretty quiet. There are certainly a lot of guys that would need to make changes, including some "top pilots", who don't know how to pull back on the left stick. Might be a good time to invest in KS/MTW stock.;)

Cool, I like the sound of cans. Four of our five gassers have cans. We'll be there next year. Shhhhhh.:)

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

I think that when you arrive at TT, your pilot package should include the rules for each flight line. Then, there is NO excuse for not knowing what they are. Heard several people argue the fact that there is a pattern for take offs, landings, and passes down the runway. When confronted, they...

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

And that is why the 3d line was created. The classic line didn't want to contend with guys putting around the runway "low and slow". We were the minority, which grew very quickly. Now, we are the minority again, giving way to the high energy pilots, that are not really flying "3D". Most of...

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

Totally agree. I saw several pilots tear off chunks of their plane, and keep on flying. Thursday night, two different pilots hit the ground, one of them taking the entire rudder counterbalance off, and kept on going. Of course, the crowds cheered them on. They should have landed to make sure the...

The BS that went on at NALL on Friday Night

The plane that was deliberately crashed, almost took out Justin's MXSR on Thursday afternoon. Don't know what the guy was doing, but he smacked the ground hard, which broke the tail. When he landed, the tail came off, so I wouldn't really say that it was a good airplane anymore. I suspect that...

    Interesting crash view

That's cool. I love to fly and dive, but never thought of combining the two. Hmmm.☺

Don't think he was hammered, as it was still daylight. Just being stupid.

Yes it was. Also, these young pilots that are out there trying to rip their planes apart, need someone to guide them, whether it is their parents or their sponsors. I don't know how many guys I saw hit the ground with their plane and keep on flying, usually to the cheers of the crowds. A...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Hey BJ, So that was the first time that JO got a hold of the transmitter on the new Laser. Where is the part where he flies around for a little bit to get used to it?:D As GreenE would say, " F n' Crackerhead."
