    Xpress does a BANSHEE build...

I'm getting close too. I plan on mounting the batts on the side underneath the rear wing alignment pin. Really looking forward to maiden. The parts are of the highest quality. The fit and finish is not as good as I had hoped but is passable.

Xpress... Do you think I need to cut holes in the bottom of the cowl or are the relief holes in the bottom of the tunnel enough?

    Gp-61

I maidened on Saturday. Wow was that an amazing experience! The Edge flew great with the GP! Muffler bolts came loose even with the nords. Tightened them back down after the motor was hot and was perfect for the 9 subsequent flights.

So I'm test fitting everything... *I am wonderig if the issue with the Muffler is simply the bolts are too long. * Without the gasket there is about a 1mm gap. *And I cannot go further.* This means things dont get snugged too well. *Makes me wonder if the reason folks have reported success...

What is a decent cost effective spinner that fits the prop bolt pattern for a gp 61? :tomcruise:

Flew it... Quite a bit. Stock esc was bad out of the box but had another a friend loaned. A. Tail wheel went missing after first flight but was able to take off from grass every time. Check your tail wheels. B. Wish wings were magnetized to fuse... The little screws defeat the purpose...

so you bring up an interesting point: a micro is a micro is a micro. Totally agree with you and that is basically why I sort of gave up on the platform for awhile... If you go to an airfield and you have an 103" extra, and a micro sitting next to it... What are you going to get the most...
