My story is a bit, well, unconventional. I started flying full scale simulators in 2009, which I would credit to the small learning curve I've had in R/C. In March of 2013 I had my first R/C flight, which also turned out to be me solo (lol). I then bought my first plane with my mother's tax return (thank you a million!), an Extra 300 built from Alien plans. I was so kindly given a 3DHS 41" Edge 540 which had been passed down before. So, a newb, two first planes being sport and unlimited 3D, how can this work? Somehow I made it work, and after many unfortunate encounters with the ghost of RF noise, Im here. From Vegas to St. Louis. Looking for some sort of exposure to better my flying, and take this hobby which I can't live without, to something more. Im also diving into designing my own models, something Ive done for sometime in full scale applications.
