Trying to get a little Cub time in this weekend. This little piece just takes time feathering around the window.

I would imagine having the windows installed adds to the complexity of the installation. What is the black seal strip.

That's black painted plywood (1/16"?). 2 pieces actually as they sandwich the rear window. Part of the build however long ago.

Wrapped up the taping of the fuse and started heat sealing. I wasn't aware that I had bumped the house iron and the heat climbed too much. I'll have to strip the tape off and replace.

Multiple shrunk areas was just me realizing the strip was coming off anyway so a little bit of heat testing.

Get a candy thermometer to check the iron temperature.

What glue did you end up with for the side panels?

Primary strip replaced quickly. The curved window strip will take a little more effort.
