Help! How do I prevent LiPo packs from puffing?

I am wondering if there is anyway to prevent my LiPo packs from puffing? Does puffing even effect the battery? Please, I need your imput!

Puffing usually means you've pushed your packs a little too hard. It means the packs have got relatively hot, and the expansion stretched the plastic.

The effects are cumulative, and will likely result in reduced longevity.

You most likely need to use a higher C rated pack, and/or better quality lipos.

Also, make sure you are keeping the packs as storage charge (3.85v) when not in use.
Even leaving a pack fully charged for 24 hours will reduce it's life span.
