Oh no!!!!!
Considering the amount of flying one tug will do in one weekend, its inevitable they will eventually suffer a mishap. Either equipment malfunction ( rare ) or a "neurological down link error " ( more common than reported)

A lot more takeoff's and landings than an average plane and then you kind of have to trust the glider pilot, it's hard to fly the tow plane and see what the glider is doing till you get up and away a little bit and we all know if things are going to go bad its probably immediately after takeoff
