These packs have about 75 cycles on them and are always kept at 3.85v/cell (storage). The IR for each cell averages at 3.5 - 4 milliOhm/cell: they are still in great shape. They have a very small amount of puffing at most batteries do at this stage of life. New these run $70/pack.
