    Weird servo feedback under load

So I tried a new servo (5085) today and it acted exactly the same. Since the rudder moves so smoothly I'm going to assume it's a lack of load that is causing it. If I apply load to either the rudder or the control arm and the vibration goes away. I guess I'll go fly it.

    Weird servo feedback under load

By the way, it was awesome to make a call to a vendor and have someone knowledgeable on the phone in under 30 seconds. Thanks again.

    Weird servo feedback under load

Thanks. Did that and talked though some troubleshooting steps. I'm waiting on a replacement to come and I'll send the weird one back for repair if it turns out to be bad.

    Weird servo feedback under load

Thanks. When I reset it, I tacked the servo down with additional hot glue.

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

It appears to have been an issue with the elevator servo setup and sub trim. I noticed that after a flight the elevator didn't go back to neutral at center stick. Weird, but after setting it up again it works perfectly. Yay.

Thanks Mike. I did cut a slot for the battery based on the position in the first photo. I've attached two more photos to show the component positioning and balance points. I am using the th power combo. I must be overlooking something. I'm starting to wonder if the cg in the manual assumes...

    Twisted Hobbys Owner's Thread!!

I've just finished the crack yak 32. It seems to be exceptionally tail heavy, even after a session with the cg machine. (Applying throttle caused the tail to drop). If I balance it right side up it appears to balance at 210mm. If I balance it inverted, it will not balance unless the battery...
