    3DHS and Extreme Flight Merger?

    Takeover is probably not the right word. But everything points to 3DHS not existing as a company in its own right anymore. It comes under the EF family i.e. they were bought out, and although many of the staff and aircraft may continue for now I just don't see it in the long term.

    People keep talking about this being a merge. But look at the facts 3DHS now comes under the banner of EF, this was a takeover though clearly not an aggressive one. It was agreed upon and the deal was struck. 3DHS may continue for sometime as it's name will still exist as a brand under the EF...
