    I hope you get to the root cause...I always feel better when I have an explanation for what went wrong. And I appreciate your sharing the entire experience with us...because your experience could potentially allow us to avoid a similar situation. I know that doesn't bring back your plane. :(

    that's a real shame Blake....would really like to know what failed. You say you got a lockout on Futaba? that's pretty rare, I would guess.

    Good to know....sorry to hear about the damage...that tells me how I should mount the Aileron servos in my 50cc extra.

    Got some more pics of the unboxing to post: The canopy fits really nice and has very clean lines: I'll be replacing the stock tank with a Wrong Way RC 20 oz tank. I really appreciate being able to see inside the tank.

    Un boxing pics I see only one issue...the tab on the elevator got crunched...should be an easy fix, but I suspect it might happen to others as well due to the way the elevators are packed in the top of the box with the tabs facing up. Any downward pressure on the top of the box will likely cause...
