    Ben I don't use foam on my batteries, just velcro them in and strap, again STRAP them down. I've not only heard horror stories of folks ejecting batteries, it happened to me not to long ago

    I had those days a month ago, and these temps are extreme for us this time of year. We came back from Nall, and flew with a purpose/vengence, burning fuel like mad, then we hit a BRICK WALL, even last Sun. eve really wasn't fun. Crossing fingers temps will change soon.

    Color me JEALOUS Rob, temps at 100 or more(got another week of that crap), and got a nasty summer cold, only thing I'm flying is thermostat, tissue, and computer.

    Sounds bout right, I'm using wolverine switches on redundant 2s lipos Glacier 2600, and just purchased a couple of the pulse 2550 packs. no voltage sag at all. I'm using the A9 and can see any sag in voltage

    Well she been finished for sometime now, only flew 4 times, not even half gallon threw her yet. Flies stable, mostly circle flying, few rolls, and landing. Put some GSN Bling on her today, and opened up cowl exit a bit.

    Bob if you got the old style 55 muffler, they close to the same, but I replaced one with the newer (so called improved) slanted front DLE 55 mufflers, and actually had to cut out more of the cowl KRAZY

    Couple Slipstream Chips in our club, one loves his, the other hates it. Ahhh the old gold stickered CONQUEST, I donated the couple I had, along with trainer to the my club, so we could give incentive flights, damn things still getting the job done. Yak sounds like it will be fun.
