FAA registration number decals

My first thought was to put the number on the backside of the landing gear so I wouldn't have to look at it. But I know some clubs are real sticklers for following the rules and will probably want to confirm that the numbers are on there before we can fly. It would be a real pain in the arse to have to flip each plane upside down to show them the numbers if they want to see them. So now I'm thinking I'll just slap a label on the side of the fuse below the canopy to keep it easy and simple. Still might change my mind again though. Not yet flying season here in Missouri so I have a little time to mull it over.

Yeah, I would like to see the "Powers that be" at our field flip one of my planes over to verify I have my compliancy in place.

Well...on the bottom is in plain site, and if anyone needs to see it they can lay down or use a mirror.:spongebob:
IF they "REALLY" want to see mine on the bottom side of my plane? I will pull it into a low down hover and dance it in front of them before their eyes....

OMG I about pee'd my pants laughing so hard at your 'exceptional' method of displaying your FAA number.........don't be surprised if some of us decide to copy it!

LOVE IT! I actually had planned to put mine there but I also heard about putting it on the battery packs since I fly HV now and the packs get pulled and used in all my planes.

I am declaring that my airplanes are not unmanned but simply remotely piloted... They are still "manned" per say
