Spring Air is never in a hurry to respond. Place an online order and wait a month or 2. Unless they are out of business, I haven't ordered from them in 2-3 years.

They might be a ma an pa company that takes off the time between thanksgiving and new year's.

If you havent gotten ahold of them yet, and you paid with PP, you may want to open a dispute with PP. You have 45 days since date of purchase to dispute. If it is over 45 days, you may as well wait for it.

Finally got someone to answer the phone at Spring Air. Seem the man, I think his name is Bill, had a stroke. His wife has been busy taking care of him. She said he is doing much better and I should get my tray sometime in January. Not great news, but at least now I know why the delay.---Smitty
