Fly the plane that got America airborne!

The classic Cub took to the air in 1938 and in the decades since has trained hundreds of thousands of pilots. The simplicity of construction and easy handling that made the original so popular are what makes this scale ARF the first scale model you should own. It’s 90% preassembled, includes “barn door” ailerons, and is covered in high quality, CubYellow covering. Plus, once you open the box, you’re only 15-20 hours from the air.

Wow! Chalk one up to Tower Hobbies, that is a great price for a giant scale ARF. Plus it would be good for someone just getting into giant scale.

I love Cubs and all but would kill for a giant scale Luscombe! :)

Ughhh. Why did they mount the aileron servos like that instead of a pocket with just the arm sticking out? They also mention "high quality heat shrink film", but don't mention Monokote??? And a one piece wing? Anyone ever try to transport an 80" one piece wing? What a PITA.
