I am torn, I haven't seen any issues with my stihl equipment running stihl ultra hp. I used to run nothing but Redline, but since it is hard to get around here unless I order it, I started using Stihl. I haven't noticed any additional carbon build up. I would love to run some free Redline. I am not sure if this is a shameless "I love redline, give me some for free" contest, or if this is a "Sure, I will run Redline again, so give me some free Redline" contest so I will take the path less traveled.

I have never used Redline because I can't get it locally. I've used Shindawa, Amzoil and Stihl Ultra. Of those 3, I prefer the Stihl. I would love to use Redline, and stick with one oil for all of my engines. Even if I don't get any of the free stuff, I've read enough to know that it's great for our engines. They obviously have a bigger market for their other products and we're just a speck in the market place, not really part of their business strategy. However. any company that supports our hobby, gets my support. I can see a strategy where they could take a major portion the RC market in one campaign. Wish they would.

Same here. There's only 3 oils I'd run. Redline, Stihl or Bel Ray. But Redline by the far is worth the money spent. No buildup and smooth running engines.
My friend, I never said it intentionally because people may think otherwise But you couldn't be more correct When you said we are such a small part of their business by any stretch.
They still support us and I truly love that about this Company!

Yeah, like Stangflyer said: 'Nough said!!!! That's all I needed to push me over the decision hump. I've got several bottle of Amsoil and Stihl Ultra for sale if anybody's interested.
