bizarre issue with airplane

Vibration can cause this, ALSO, this is one that I would have never guessed but I had it happen. If you cinch down a servo lead too tight with a zip tie, it can cause weird things to happen. Like the wires crack under the zip tie, and it doesn't cause a short, but creates resistance that can make a servo act weird as hell, and it get's worse when the engine is running sending vibration through the airframe. Before ripping everything out, I'd try new servo leads as well.
We have that issue all of the time on the copy machines I fix. If you have a weird issue, the first thing you do is cut the zip ties. The machines they use to install them really crank them down tight.

Well Gentlemen we have a solution to my woes !!!
Faulty im22 unit picking up signal /rf from broken circuit is my best explanation. Replaced with a good ol jr matchbox, checked all connections, none were bound too tight or bent oddly, ran her up and up and up bout 30-40 times and ZERO glitch zero twitch and am now 40% happier and 100% relieved, wont be abke to twst fly till weekend but am solid on the fix.
My friends, id like to thank you all for going through this with me. This place ROCKS and id like to buy you all a nice cold beverage one day.
Secondly, while the cowl was off the needles were adjusted a tad and lets just say.. im exited to see hiw she does next flight. super crisp feel and transition, . Flight report on saturday to confirm the fix.

That's awesome Brian. Really relieved to hear you found the issue. Nothing is more frustrating than having a little gremlin in your plane that keeps hiding from you. Good luck this weekend. Keep us posted??!!
Quick question guys... Where are you guys buying these wire organizers?
There are a ton of places you can get these from. I can't remember for sure, but I think I got mine last time from ebay. Here is a search result on some places you'all can check.

Alright. Kind of a silly question I guess but I just figured if some hobby retailer had them I'd give them the business.

Alright guys, 5 flights yesterday and zero glitches, there was ine questionable twitch in flight but ill rack that one up to dumb thumbs, the only issue is the telemetry goes in and out of reception so until I get a new unit , it's staying disconnected. I already have all the information I need from it as far as rpms, temps and the like so I may just use a data logger from time to time instead.
