Ive disconnected all telemetry and turned it off at tx, re bound system, disconnected the fromeco dc up capacitor, the satellite s aee oriented in a cross shape with one facing each axis , flat, upright, 45° sideways,

Wishing I could take off work to solve this but the bosses just dont quite understand that this IS a sick child that needs my atention. LOL.

Bill, good thought on the data logger. Thank you.

I've seen a bad servo cause another to freak out, try unplugging one servo at a time(all of them) to see if problem stops. I also saw one do this when the throttle servo was mounted under the cowl, moved it inside fuse and problem solved.

I'm no expert, but if it was the pot in TX would it matter if the engine was running or not? Just trying to learn from Brian's problem.

Erratic travel, Centering and end points on known good servos are indications of a bad TX pot,,, make no diff on the engine running or not.

Mechanical centering is perfect but have concerns about im22 unit, only because its new gadget for me, and the twitch only happens when engine is running above 5/8 throttle, so RF or vibration seems to be most likely suspect.
Problem does not show on another model so tx kinda being ruled out so far.

Thanks to the boss and overtime all I got done was to swap out the im22 to standard match box and to inspect everything in the tail section, servoes appear perfect and no loose wires, connections etc all the way back to the RX , didn't think the neighbors would appreciate a run up at 10pm so testing will have to wait till tomorrow.. dammit.
Hey guys thanks for the advice and assistance, once again this place dominates on the friendliness and steers clear of the typical kooks that respond, again appreciate you all for sound ans sage advice and real concern.
Fingers crossed thats all I have to do... till tomorrow.

The im22 did show some damage from vibration, the case was slightly seperated from its mount. Match box will be suspended and wrapped in foam instead of hard mount to fuse this time in case.
