I've got a DLE 20 that I'm looking to put in a new airframe. I just wanted to feel you guys out to see what you think. Atop my list is the AJ Aircraft or Extreme Flight Laser. Does anyone out there have this setup? Even if you don't, what do you guys think of the setup? Thanks guys!

Are you thinking the 56" version of the AJ laser?

Andrew and I have talked about it and we both kind of feel with the vibration of the DLE 20 you may tear the airplane apart. The other thing is with the added weight of the engine and gas you may just take away from the performance of the aircraft. I know Andrew is considering some other sizes of the Laser which the 20 may be suited better for. No word on when then would be released though.

Thank you, that's really good to know. I worry about putting it in an airframe much bigger than that due to power issues. Any ideas on other airframes that would be a good fit for it?

I don't know much about the Revolver, have you or anyone flown one? I have looked into the Aeroworks planes. Both the 260 and 300. I think that'd be a good plane for the engine.

The 3dhobbyshop 70" Velox isn't a bad choice, flies nicely with a 20cc motor, though will not be what you might call overpowered. But light, and nice flying, and plenty 3d capable.

I've stuffed a dle-20 into a Revolver, fits ok, but the plane clearly isn't designed for it!

We might have a winner with the Velox!!! Just watched the video on the website with the DLE 20......that's exactly what I'm looking for!! That blue scheme is good looking too!

I have a DLE 20 in a Revolver and it fits perfectly and flies great too. I bought another because I crashed the first one due to a stiff clunk line.
