Yep our weather is beginning to cool down here too. It only got up to 87F yesterday!

Over the weekend the local news stopped by our club to do a bit, I was hand selected to be the dancing monkey to really show off what we can do

Now that's just wrong, it's 37F and raining here in southwestern PA!
Come over to Alaska and warm up! Don't worry snow/rain forecasted on sunday/mon. I'm for some odd reason thinking I'll go bring the boat out again before winterizing. Fall has been relentless storms one after another. Maybe I'll drag a line in the harbor to just say I did it and start my winterization.
I did actually fly my Skywing 91" ARS and 89" Laser on the 11th. I remember spending some time on the ARS a while back and really nailed it in with some subtle mixes and rates. It's still one of my favorite planes to fly here as it slows down for landings and hovering very well and although tumbles take some more precision to enter and stay in - the plane will still do them and remains predictable. Just some quality characteristics that I enjoy every time I take it up.
The laser has a higher wing loading with the cannister setup. I keep thinking I'll rip it out, but quiet fun has it's points with the kiddos lately. Honestly would like to sell the laser (and a coupe others) to make room for another plane. Bummer part of living in Alaska is finding people to sell to and shipping. . . too bad there isn't some hot shot kid getting into 3D here! Mostly a few circle fliers here.
