Finally, after spending several weeks gathering and sifting through all the videos and data of troubleshooting random blue bird 51/52 series servo twitching caused by GP Ignitions... my video is live. Consulting with Joe Lewis at Aviator Plus and Corresponding with Blue Bird Mfgr in Taiwan (emails and several test servos) to eventually derive a solution. Mfgr dates in question 51/52 servos <10/2023 mfgr date, and late 2022-early 2023 GP ignitions. This has indeed been resolved by both manufactures at the factory level and appears to be isolated to the compatibility of these two products.

Nice work, not easy to find and fix. Great that the two company’s worked together with you.

Finally had enough of carrying this little beast around the shop, to the car, ect. So I made a cute little 2x4 rolling stand, painted it, and added some 3DPrinted cups I whistled up in CAD to keep the compressor from vibrating off. Just another win for the 3D printer because I didn’t want to make 65mm holes.

Differences in switches are enough that think this radio needs to be sent to Radio South for repairs. I do not see me making this repair.
