Weill nice day blue skies and not to cold. So I pulled the old Aeroworks pro 260 out of the rafters and see what it needs to get it back into the air. Good plane to get the fingers back into shape. Will have to find a battery and mix up some glow fuel for starters .

Same here weather wise, sooooo, the wife pulled all the fake flowers out of the flower beds, I ran water throughout, and she planted numerous vegetable plants.
I don't know about elsewhere but our grocery stores are getting kinda low and they are full of retarded people. We'll grow and raise our own for a while.

Yes have to agree people are getting really stupid around here as well. The supply was getting bad around here about 2 weeks ago basically the shelves were empty, but the stores are slowly returning to normal except for bread and few other items. Unfortunately one town away from me a nursing home has been hit and several people have died so I guess that will cause a new rush to the stores, we will see.

It looks like I may be able to fly my first flight this Saturday if the weather man has it correct. The pro260 is all cleaned up the valves setup and the battery cycled and all looks good just need to run it see if that is ok as well just hate working on the plane at the field do that at home.
Picture of the new 20cc Glitter next to the old Pro260 will be interesting to see how they compare.

Frustrated with trying to figure out a certain portion of the WWI looking plane I have been drawing up I decided to step away for a little bit to let the frustration go away. Inspired by a guy over on rcg who has designed a bunch of different micro versions of classic gliders I decided to give it a shot. This will be a 36” Bird of Time and will use UMX running gear.

Fly the glitter.
As soon as possible just want to get the winter rust out of my hands. And the field is in bad shape. And I get nervous doing madden flights so just need a couple flights with a old plane I know and then the Glitter will be in the air.

figured I couldn't show up empty handed to say hello to everyone so here's where my Herr Stearman build is. I've got Carbon Cub S2 gear for it but I can't seem to keep my fingers out of the way of the glue!

Hope everyone is doing ok, this is some crazy **** we're living though! But what better to pass the time than building planes???
