Doug, what is the white glue you used for the servo blocks? Also, recommendation (insert everyones opinion here) for glue for the Behemoth Stang?
That is Loctite Hysol 9462. It's awesome for gluing things to composites.

To much worth showing in the last week, I did get the aileron servos test fitted in the top wing now that the mounts are installed. Since then I've just been repeating the process on the bottom wing of fitting and installing horns, trimming and drilling the maple blocks, cutting some carbon fiber for the mount bases, and gluing things together. Tonight I'll glue the mounts into the lower wing.

Repetitious putting together four wings...(in a manner of speaking) First the top left, then the top right, then the bottom left and finally the bottom right. Unleeeessss….. you go....Never mind...Not going there. LOL. Lots of work but well worth it when done. You're servo mounts look awesome. :way_to_go:

Looks like another job well done. The draw back as the Stang stated need to do it four times. All now that needs to be made is the cover plates

After making all the aileron servos work I didn't like the way the wing skin that the mounts are glued to flexed at full throw, so I made reinforcements to go between the upper and lower skins, and butts against the closest rib. Not an easy task to fit or glue in with the room available, but it worked out fine. I made them out of some balsa carbon fiber sandwich material that is light, strong, and easy to work with. I had to add a small square on the side to use as a handle to get them in position. I did the lower wings last night, and hope to do the top tonight.

Looks like you are just as bad as me can never leave it as is always changing things and making it better and easier to fix later. It’s like me build this Delta I have changed and fixed small and big things as I build the plane continually, that is why it always takes me twice as long to buil everything. Sorry to say love doing it.
