Got this nice old gal back in flying condition. Engine was serviced with new bearings by YS service guru Rich Verano, swapped out a few sloppy servos, installed a freshly made A123 1100mah 2S pack from taildraggerrc.com, and gave it a good cleaning so it can continue to make daddy smile with monster sized loops for what I hope will be years to come.

It's a Hydeout, 2 meter pattern plane, designed by world class pattern champ Chip Hyde. I think I paid about $225 for it with the YS 140 four stroke and servos. My buddy Bill had it for a couple of years and he decided to replace it with a GP Sequence (big mistake!) so I got it back and I love it!

Got the cooling shrouds painted and installed on the dummy continental. Repaired all the damage to it as well. Will have to make a completely new exhaust for it once the new four stroke engine is installed on the plane. Tried to "stress" the paint to give it that weathered look by adding a bit more paint by brush stroke after rubbing the finish with a soft cloth before it was completely dry. Still have to add some rivet detail.

Ok boys need some help trying to find servo arms for Savox servos. Aluminum arms 1 1/4 long with 4-40 in the ends. They seam to be sold out every were.
