Is that the voice of experience? I bought the plane last spring and haven't had the time to get it going. I have found spots on the cowl that look like egg shell that I am sure weren't like that when I inspected it when it arrived. So I am going to have to do something with it anyway.

Thanks for the heads up.

Right now looking at installing a canister in an aeroplane the canister is rear outlet. Need to cut some off the tip to get through the plane. What is available to extend the tip back out the plane. If anybody has done it or can help it will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have just used rubber hose like heater hose or something along those lines. Works great and it is cheap :)

There was silcon/rubber tip extension you could just zipp tie onto the tip , used them years ago . Don't know if they are still available.
I think someone else used a piece of Alunium tube that fit over and cut a slit up the side and used a clamp to tigthen it onto the Cannister tip.
I believe Orthobird did this with the Orange and white Carden that's running a pipe set on the DA150!

If you go to post#613 on Orthobird's Double build for his two Pro Cardens 124" it show how he did his pipe extensions :)
Thanks for the info on Orthobird that helped when I get chance will take a run down to the LHS that is 2 hours away and see what he has. The last time I went to the LHS a came home with an Inversa33. Not good.

Well I did it pulled out an ARF that had bought a little while ago just was never able to get to it. It is an Aerobeez 78 " slick 540. The full size plane was built and designed in South Africa I believe. Will taking my time to build it. Will be installing a DA50 with a canister. That is all I know right now.
