DLA180

hey everyone I might get shunned for this not being a DA or DLE but I have been using the snot out of the NEW DLA engines and loving them... I have even been testing the 232 quad. However I am wondering if anyone has any experience with the 180cc twin?? I am okay being the test subject for some engines but don't want to have to be for all...
I would like to replace a great DA150 with this to give my over weight iMac airplane a little boost... I have talked to Lee at golden skies and I can bolt my RE3 pipes and headers right to the 180. Just wanted to hear some first hand experience.

Have they changed the crank in the 232?

Yes the crank is just like the new DA and 3w crank a 1 piece machined crank... They had the same issue as the other 2 with twisting cranks now they are 1 piece so that problem is solved and let me tell you it is a MONSTER!!
