Did you sheet the wings? If you did, did you vacuum bag them? I think of the entire process, that seems to be the most challenging.

it may seem intimidating but actually it is pretty easy and straight forward. They don't have to be bagged, you can do that with weight and a flat surface.  There are a bunch of us that can walk you through it. The most intimidating part is cutting the ailerons but if you screw it up a little ( which you won't ) you can always fill it in with balsa and sand.

feel free to call and ask, we can walk you through it. You will be surprise how easy it is

+1 to Jtec, lots of builders on this site already.....lots of good people willing to help and sheeting wings is super super easy.      I've heard of people using resin and not using vacuum with really excellent results (easier and less stress and less messy and lighter than poly glue) but I've not tried it.

I actually miss doing the bagging, anything new is intimidating, and I got over it by doing a couple test block of a sheeted foam scrap shapes to see what glue would be used, ended up goung with west systes epoxy and a few drops of red rit dye , after that it was really no worry. Some folks swear by poly glue, I just found the resin easier to manage, longer set time and allow s longer more time to get in place.

I've got at least one set of wings to sheet this winter and I'm dieing to try vacuum bagging. I will be picking many brains when the time comes. I haven't sheeted any foam cores in years, and back then it was epoxy and weight. I always hated finding enough weight to stack on. And edge gluing and sanding the sheets just plain sucked. The idea that I can just tape the sheets together is enough to make me want to try bagging.
