Damn I'm hungry
Instead of hunting down some D batteries to get "the comparison" (and besides the GF wont cooperate)
I think I have a fix for my motor issue. The front bearing is very loose in feel as compared to the back bearing. Did not feel any flat spots just a loose feel and more lateral movement when I checked by inserting (inserting.....lol) the shaft. What I have done is........Moved the shaft further down and re tightened the set screws. This has pre loaded the front bearing just a tad as not to let any free play laterally of the rotor.......

:fist_pump: IT WORKS! But know yet another issue has developed :concern:. @cbarnes0061 want to take a guess???.

:eek:Yep! It let go with the grub screw adaptor. Going to have to find an adaptor that attaches to the rotor.

Okay finally made some more progress in finishing my shop. Finished up the walls this past weekend and painted the window trim. Picked up base cabinets this past week. Just need to finish them to match the upper cabinets that I already have. Once they are installed I can start setting up shelving and hopefully start moving in.
