    I have the double taper or i think they are like wings for an Extra. I fly doing a lot of maneuvers with sorts of knife edge and slipping. It does all acrobatic stuff like on rails. Gotta tweak my CG a little, but it close. I don't have a scale, so i don't know the weight of it.

    Let’s Talk Fuel Lines!

    Was out for a couple of flights this afternoon with my Edge 540, got all new Tygon lines last summer. At 39 degrees they seemed awful stiff. I need to look at line inside of fuel tank, since i fly during winter also.

    I took a Yak 54 profile out today. The OS 91 ran good, till on second flight. Having fun flying in the wind and I got too close to the ground and caught the wing tip and oops. Minor fix tho, i think. the end of flying for the day.

    Got my Yak and Edge loaded and heading to Sheridan Wyoming in the morning. About 250 miles from Rapid City to fly with a bunch of fun people from parts of that state and from Montana.

    I got this 08 Tahoe recently and I did not like raised rear seats to much. I got a piece of plywood and some black carpet and made this. With rear bucket seats down it now can be a bit larger flat surface. And gives some storage underneath. Or with seats in up position.

    Going out flying with my usual buddies. After the group here last weekend for the Black Hills Air Rally, today should be nice and lame. It was fun tho, and seen some other stuff to try.

    At the Black Hills Air Rally. These two brothers are 7 & 10 years old. Both of these youngsters are super. There is a lot of super pilots here, but these are my favorites by a long shot. They are awesome

    A friend from Nebraska had a giant scale Hots he scratch built. Last September we were at a fun fly in Sheridan Wyoming. Not sure what gas engine Leon had on it, he was up having fun with it, all of a sudden boom. He figured the muffler came loose and the prop hit it and then hit the left wing...
