    Wow, I hope this is not a scam and everything works out. I PM'ed the guy wanting the engine but only got one response. After that he dropped off and I never heard back from him. Didn't even know if he sold the engine. Now I'm glad I didn't buy it.

    I'm a fan of removable stabs. Gives me more room to transport multiple planes at one time to the field. The cost of one more servo for the stab is worth it to me and I like to have the option to remove them if I like.

    Looks great! What "mod to the carb" are you talking about? Any details/pic's? I have a velocity stack I was thinking about intstalling but that would require me to cut an access hole in the bottom of the cowl just below the bottom round scoop that it would need. Not sure if the velocity...

    Chopper...yeah I saw where you opened a spot at the bottom of the cowl and then the two pannels on the bottom of the fues after the cowl were the tunnel is. I think I'll first cut some vents in the ply pannel I made so I could get to the throttle servo that is out-line below in blue:

    So since I have the tunnel open will this be enough air-flow for the 40cc twin? I guess I'll see once I get the cowl cut and mounted but just thought I would ask. Thanks!

    I think I have everything where it needs to be. CG is at 5 1/4. Now if only the weather would cooperate I could get out and get this 40cc fired-up. Not the best picture but here it is on the EZ-balancer:
