Funny... I wasn’t planning on it. I stayed there and helped clean up with them. Threw away a bunch of stuff that I knew was worthless. They said if you see anything else just take it. I took the Astro-Hog ha ha ha!
I have owned two and loved the plane great plane to fly and even better on floats. But it needs flaps it is a floater. First one had 60 in it then 91 four stroke and then a YS-120 four stroke. The second started with a OS 108 and then ended up with a Saito 150. Can not find a picture of them. If you one don’t think you are going to do anything with it give me a call. Sold the last one and bought a Sportster 120 for the cash. Was there a 120 Sportster in the collection.

YS-120 & Saito 150!!! Your are power hungry my friend! Floats are quickly becoming my new pastime. Nothing beats a calm day of float flying. Sounds like a 20cc gas engine would make it pretty fun.

No Sportster.

I'm going to look through all the kits and decide what to do with them. I may end up with more. The grandson said if they don't sell or they need to just give it away they'll call me. If anything, there is some good balsa.

If anyone was looking for a plan to scratch build... he had forty or so. Mostly under 90" WS models. happy to retrieve them and send them in the mail.

nope, there was a CG chipmunk mostly built that someone took though. There was a box for plans of a 87" Chipmunk... no Idea the MFGR. Just looked online and I cannot find a 87" chipmunk.

They had a garage sale this morning. Don't think the kits were looked at too hard. The grandson said they are going to try and sell a few kits and the end of this week will call me and another guy to take away what's left.

Hot glue squirted on top of little pieces of lite ply during factory assembly do not make for a very robust landing gear framework. Real plywood, real glue and proper load dispersement repair under way.
