as a moderator/admin, i have to just kind of go with what I see and try to prevent problems before they happen. we've seen what a site looks like when there are no controls on "non-topical content" and we decided early on not to let that happen here. so i apologize if you guys were only kidding around but it's kind of lose-lose for moderators, we say something we lose, we say nothing and stuff gets posted we still lose.
