Don't know a thing..
For the second time - in only a few weeks - I have reached out to Herve needing help with a part that I had damaged.. Needing to get a quick replacement. In both cases, Herve has gone out of his way to make sure the part is rushed out and delivered.

The personal touch and assistance really sets Herve and PAU in a special class.

Two thumbs up and a heart felt thanks !!
