I am selling my DA 60 with header and Medium Rear-Exit ProFlow Can. The engine has 6-7 gallons through it and just came back from DA. I was having problems with the motor cutting out and DA found build up in the carb. My guess is that the build up had been there from the beginning as I had problems in the midrange that I could not tune out. In trying to tune it out, I ended up running it lean and there was some piston slap which is why they replaced the piston, pins, and ring. DA also replaced the carb.
I'm asking $550 shipped for the motor to anywhere in the USA. I can also include the Blazing Star mount which will work with Extreme Flight 60cc planes.
Oil was Redline at 40:1 from Day 1. I was running pump gas but switched to VP Fuels SEF since the flying weather here sucks and to avoid problems with pump gas going bad.
The reason for selling is I'm wanting to go to a 70.
