Follow up on the 260. I have pullled one of the elevator servos out and converted it to single servo control, Changed the factory control horns, placed battery pack on the motor box and added approx 10 oz of lead to the nose and she balanced out. From what i have found and read this appears to be a common thing with these planes if you dont install a 50 cc engine.
