General Information about the exclusiv Kits:

The Kit is hopefully ready to ship the first orders to Christmas this year
It is not a question if everything works with the construction, the prototype is
still flying perfect - ist a question about a perfekt kit - it will take time to do
the building manuals, drawings, and a lot of small things which make the kit
to a perfect kit like Christensen did in the 80`s.

In the future we are not only manufacturing the EAGLE II and EAGLE I exclusiv Kit,
after the Eagles are ready for the Serial production we are doing the same with a Pitts S1-S
in the same size - ( a close friend of mine is also building up the 100% scale Pitts ( we are
manufacturing all the fairing, wing-nose and carbonfibre parts.. )

For this Project we have the same
chance to "copy" the construction from 100% into 50 %. So the different types like
CHALLENGER III and so on we are designing on the Basic structure from the S1 Pitts.

We are doing this Projects nearly paralell so we can lounch the different types into short times.

The TLFMM company is focused into Aerobatic Bipes like EAGLE and PITTS. We are producing carbon parts
vinyls, and a few more things for the 100% scale EAGLE and Pitts aircraft owners builders and rebuilders.
( experimental aircraft )

For the exclusiv Kit we have a Basic pricing.
You have to know a few things about the Eagle exclusiv Kit:
It is available in different Versions with a lot of upgrade stuff.

The Basic kit will include:

Ready welded black powdered fuselage, tail structure, Elevator and Rudder. Fiberglas main landing gear,
Wheelpants, fairings, Cowling, Turtledeck, Canopyframe and "Bubble" , Wing-nose in carbonfibre ( vacuum laminated
parts ) ready NC routed Aluminium Panels ( for fuselage ) Aluminium parts ( formed in mould )
All ribs routed and ready for gluing the diagonal stringers, Ready nc routed wing-spars and a lot more.
All screws,nuts, brackets, bolts ,............

The Basic Price for this exclusive kit is 7.000 € -> $ Price depends on €->$ Exchange.

You can upgrade the Kit with:

A lot parts in carbonfibre and special plywood
Firewall in CarbonfibreC
full-scale Cockpit parts like seats and more...
Carbonfibre fuselage Panels ( instead the Aluminium )
Complete Aircraft ready to cover
Complete aircraft ready built with ready aircraft PU enamel paint
( only the RC components and Engine is up to you )
Complete Aircraft ready to fly ( testflight inkclusive )

Thanks for the update.
Do you know what the final weight of this aircraft will be for the various versions?
Thrust to weight ratio with recommended motor/s, and how does this compare to 100% version?
How long does it take to assemble the plane each time at the field?
What type of aerobatics will the airframe be limited to? (or Max G's)?

The final weight is up to the engine and a few other things. With the Valach 210 the weight is
inclusive 1,5 Liters of smoke oil and 1,0 Liters of gasoline max 25 kg. We have to
reach this weight mark because of the restrictions in Germany. Every Modell Airplane which has a
higher weight than 25 kg. we have to to a Registration.

We do not know the exact weight of the lightest Version ( with a lot of parts in carbon
instead the Standard kit parts ) bit it will be aprox. 0,5- to 0,8 kilograms lighter.
The Aircraft is constructed for unlimited aerobatic flight. We don´t have a g-meter in
the Prototype to test the loads on the "hard" testflights but we will do that.
The final construction for the final Kit EAGLE we want to test with a max load of 12-15 g´s !!
Therefore the Modell aircraft is loaded with aprox. 300 kg´s on the wings.

The Airspeed of the 50% Eagle ( V-max ) 187 km/h -> aprox 105 knots the Speed of the 100% Eagle is max 210 knots
The minimal airspeed ( measured at touchdown Point at landing ) is 50 km/h -> aprox 28 knots (100% Eagle v-min 58 knots )
You can see - ist nearly exactly 50% .

To assemble the Eagle on the field takes 20 minutes ( if nobody stands around you and talks with you...:) )

We tested it several times, but if every part is done with concentration and finally checked
it takes always 20 min. inkl. fuel and smoke oil filling.

OK - today we did a turtledeck in the final mould - will see tomorrow
the the result.

Thanks for the detailed information and comparison.
55 lbs. is pretty light for a 50% plane.
Have you checked the thrust numbers on the Valach 210?

It would be nice to see a video with someone putting the prototype in a hover and doing a full power climb-out.
I know - not truly "scale" flying, but it does immediately show the available power in the system.

Let's see - all we need now is a constant speed prop. :fist_pump:
Oh, did I mention EFI, and onboard starter, too?!

Good Luck with that!!!
So I'll assume around here that would average 2 hrs. and 20 minutes then :sneaky:

... but I think only the first few weeks - if everybody knew the aircraft after that time
it will take 20 minuts too....:)

The Thing with the constant Speed prop: We are thinking about that thing last year as we are
testing a few props.. The Problem is we have no oil and no oil pressure from the engine BUT:
We are really working with a friennd of mine ( construction engineer ) on a solution to Change the blade pitch with a processing unit
and data from the RPM Input.... the mechanical solution for the hub is the bigger challenge !

But this is future Music ! :)
