Yes the video of that plane is impressive and have watched it several times.
The servo planned is over 500 oz-inches it should not blow back. But can you do me a favour and let me know how much deflection you have on your plane in degrees. Thanks.

I think what I would do if you want to get more rudder throw is to instead of modifying the elevator just extend the slot on the fuse to move the stab forward just a little bit. moving it what looks like the 1/4 to 3/8 it needs so there is no clearance issue in the elevator movement may be enough to get you the rudder throw you want.

Looking at your picture again it needs to move forward some comparing it to the CAD drawing. Make it line up even here and it should all fit properly then.

@BalsaDust you are correct made the change this morning had to remove 1/4 inch and it lined as you have shown in the picture. Rounded off the elevator a little and everything fits perfectly. Will take some pictures later when it is assembled. Working on the horn attachment for rudder when done I will take a picture. Thanks again.

The horn is done for the rudder as shown on the picture.
Now just have to do final sanding on the stabilizer before it gets glued in. Just do cleanup before installing it.

The rudder is hinged and prep for installation. Maximum deflection is 50 degrees either way. The only thing I am not sure of right now is the Tailwheel.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a Tailwheel for the size plane. Do not know if the rudder needs some hard points for the Tailwheel.
