Well after many calls and long waits on the phone managed to get in touch with HH. The part for the Tailwheel is on back order.

Darn!! You should be able to make it no problem though. Flat stock aluminum should be easy. Or make your own version! I’m even thinking about making a music wire type. Kindof like J&J makes.

I agree with you making it is not a problem, it would take very little time. But it is getting your hands on the material that is so difficult. Went through the stuff I had Nothing came close. Have to agree if I had to make a new one it would definitely be like the type J&J makes, have several of their Tailwheel gear, great stuff never have to fix or work on them bulletproof.

Made a start on installing the rudder, decided to swap out the suppliers hinge pins for a set of Robart hinges, have read some stories about China hinges that wear out quite quickly, so I an not taking any chances. These may be good but do not have any experience with them.

Ok trying to install the servos into the elevators. All I can say is once they are in they are never coming out. That is one tight fit. Still working on them, decide to have a coffee break and take another go at in a while.

My PAU Sukhoi was the same way and actually had to use a file to open it up enough for the Savox servos I used to fit in there.

Once I got the servo wire in the slot, mine fit pretty good/snug. It’s rare I get a servo to fit in the mfgrs slot the way I want it to ha ha.

Well the elevator servos are in, took some doing. Had to do some sanding, filing and a lot of wiggling to get them installed. They are in and never to be removed. Got them all set up and the throw setup.
Trying to buy a 3 inch off set ruder servo arm. Not having much luck. My next job is to get the rudder setup installed.
