Woo Hoo! It is done, all but thread lock and tightening the set screws. But that will have to take place tomorrow as it has to go to the other side of the shop, be lifted with the wench, then turned up side down in order to do that and I am to whooped to do that tonight. But it will be finished and on it's dolly waiting for a trip to the airfield tomorrow as soon as I return from the airfield, lol.
Beautiful!

Well got the wings all repaired and covered that took a hole lot more work than I thought it would but it is done now. Spent some settling up the wings relative to the stabilizer and the fuselage and got it all straight, square and parallel. Now all I have to do is sheet in the area from the wing to the fuselage. Still have not figured out how to install the wing bolts so I had better get that to work before I in close everything.

Well found a metal supplier about an hour from my place. Took a ride and boy was it a surprise they had everything a huge place found exactly what I needed and $5 bucks later on my way home. It seams like a place that drives around and buys up all the cut off steel or any metal and then resells it. So of I went home with a piece of 6160-T6 3 inches by 36. So cut 2 piece of aluminum from it shaped it and rounded the ends all I need to do now is bend it at the correct radius and they will ready for the plane.
All I know is my left arm is lame from cutting need to find a better way to cut it than a hack saw.

These are awesome to replace a hacksaw. Portabands will spoil you with how much time they save over a hand saw.
