Many years (decades) of plumbing construction and you find a glove that works. Just the right protection and feel. Cow leather is too tough/ thick.
I had a pair that I used to wear in the winter time that came from a friend that worked at GM. They were thin leather, sized, 10 1/2, and I have looked everywhere for replacements, no such luck.

I used my new starting gloves at the field today, they're awesome. Just thick enough, but you can still feel. After starting my 120 three times, and Tony's 120 three times the don't have a mark on them. looking forward to see how they hold up in the long term.

That is just so rude. Some poor little bambi gave her life just so you could start your airplane engines. LOL...J/K. I have to admit, Deer Skin feels pretty good on the ole grippers.

OH heck...I remember that stuff. It was really great on Keebler Town House crackers too. Great for picnics and drives through the mountains.

Try you some good grilled deer tenderloin and you will fall in love and want to make your own deer skin glove.
