I epoxied the top of the engine box back on my Extra tonight. I also added some triangle stock to to the top of the firewall. It's obvious why it came off if you look at the picture of the top plate. It's upside-down in the photo and it's clear they had no glue at all on the tabs that lay on top of the sides where all the good glue area is. I still have some clean up to do, but I think it will stay on this time.

It's a very well made unit that I really like for the most part. I may need to do something with that black post to make it longer, but I will use it some to see how it works.

Built family memories this past weekend in Utah. As most know we adopted our little girl back in January. Shortly after we where put in contact with the family in Utah that adopted her older brother. This past weekend we went out for his third birthday and what a treat it was.

That said, I did get the wing harness strung in the wing of the little Blue Nose tonight. And I got the aileron servos in and pretty much all done. Now just need to make the connection from the aileron control rod to the servo. Flap servos are in place. A couple of hours and the blue nose will be ready for a new voyage. Gas powered style.

I couldn't resist fellas. I just can't help myself. It is a sickness, I know. And I am not so sure I want to be cured. I invited another really good lookin' red head to come live with me tonight. She asked if I have any others or if she is the "ONLY" one. Well, I couldn't lie to her. I told her that though there were others and she would have really good company, there is also plenty of "ME" to go around. She said as long as they are red heads, (or of the 3w persuasion) she didn't mind sharing.

I have a plan for her already. Not sure the 157cs is going to like it. But that is ok. I am "SURE" I will dream up something for the bad ass baby sister red head. LOL
