Still assembling the QQ Yak 54 the muffler is giving me a little bit of difficulty. Bought a Side mount muffler from JTec it fits but not the way I would like. So I spoke to JTec and explain what I would like to do he said no problem send me a drawing and it will be done. Nice person to deal with and helpful. So busy making a drawing and it will mailed to him to get a price. With new muffler it will fit within the cowl and exhaust pipe will exit the cowl on centre line behind the cylinder head. This make it real easy to install the cowl as well.

Did this the other night, but got my new pants in from AJ Aircraft for the 105 Laser :)

Instead of the blue wheel pants, I opted to switch to white.

The only problem is the yellow star doesn't match the Red, White, Blue scheme :oblong: A little magic marker to the rescue!!!!

Pretty much. I will have a
That is tight, it so tight you just squeeze it all in and then you do not need any mounting screws it in the there so tight and for ever.
pic of it tomorrow but the kit includes a G10 plate to mount everything to and glue it in. I choose to make that plate removable with a single servo screw screwing in from the bottom of the fuse just in case I have to work on a servo. The servos are epoxied to the G10 plate but I should be able to break them free if I ever need to hopefully not though.
