Ok boys flew the 50cc profile for the first time today. Well I can tell you a 12 pound plane on a 50cc DA is nuts, it will prop hang at three clicks of idle and kind of start to go up at four clicks. It is Interesting to fly a plane at WQL of 7.4 man does it fly light. Yes I love the plane and it was big success do it again anytime. I may do it for my DA150. The only thing a will do is bring the wing loading up to 8. And best of all it has no coupling to speak off

Got up way to early this morning to actually know what I was doing but did get two 6S 65C packs (first time use) and the "official" maiden in on the QQCAP232EX. This plane is a FANTASTIC FOAMY FLYER. Can't wait to get it out again! :yesss:. Power is insane!

Very nice brother. :way_to_go:

Which batteries did you get for it??

Thank You Brother :). NanoTechs 3300mah 65C 6S. I also set the timing on the ESC to high. Prop that comes with the plane is awesome and was balanced well! Matches the motor and plane most excellent! I only flew both packs down to 75% after about 5 minutes of flight time so strong 7-8 minute flights are definitely in the realm of the lighter 32-3500mah packs. Being they are new I wont take them down that far yet until I get a few cycles on em.

Hey guys! It's been quite some time since I posted, but since flying season is in full swing I'm sure I'll be here more.

Yesterday our club had our Warbirds and Classics Fly In. It was nasty hot out, but great flying weather otherwise. They were good enough to allow me to fly Miss Moana, even though it's not a Warbird or a Classic but it's based on both. Here are a few pictures of the event, including a screenshot from my phone of the clubs weather station. There was a lot of foam warbirds, but they are still cool.

During our smoked pulled pork lunch we were all treated to a show by Ryan Mowery flying a Top Flite giant scale P47 with a DA60. Unfortunately I didn't get it on video, but it was an awesome display of skill. The first half of the flight was just Smooth, fast and low, scale like Warbird flying. The second half was a P47 doing things it should not be able to do. Hovering, torque rolls, inverted harriers a foot off the runway, extremely tight turns both inverted and right side up and many other thing. @pawnshopmike Ryan was wearing his Express Pawn and Gun team shirt doing a bit of PR for you.;)

I stole these picture from our clubs Facebook page so the credit goes to Johnny Spud Childers and Darwin Evelsizer

Great to hear from you brother. I’ve been wondering where you’ve been.

Looks like you had a good turnout. :way_to_go:

Life does have a way of getting us sidetracked doesn't it? Just glad you found your way home. Wow...that is a bunch of really...REALLY nice birds. Looks as though you all had a very nice turn out. That is so awesome. Loved looking at all those awesome "man toys".

Be sure you pop in more frequently huh?
