@49dimes how is it going it looks like we are the only people on GSN everybody seems to be busy. GSN is very quiet right now.

if you want to get a nice, smooth finish on those tubes, and option is to use a rod dryer that rotates the tube at about 2-9rpm. You can buy the motor and make your own. Just something to think about. I build rods and I have done this to a wing tube before.

... and for the record I have been super busy building my Turbo Bushmaster... no time to dilly dally and just build build build build.... well and work, sleep, shoveling snow.... yuk. about to get 6-9 inches today and have already seen three

Good to see it in the air and looks like you are pleased with it that’s great if may ask what was your final weight of the plane came in at. As you know I have the same plane flew it last season it was great but over the winter did a little rework on it made it a little lighter will see how it works out and see if the work was worth it.
